AAAI has reserved a block of rooms at reduced conference rates at the five hotels listed below, as well as dormitory accommodations at Trinity College (see below). Attendees must contact the hotels directly and the use the appropriate reservation method in order to secure a room.
We recommend that you take Aircoach to one of three Dublin City Centre destinations, depending on your hotel. The Grafton Street (City Centre) by Trinity College destination is the most convenient for the conference venue and hotels. One-way service is €7.00, and round-trip service is €12.00. Service runs every 10-20 minutes from 4:30 AM to 12:30 AM, and once an hour 12:30 AM to 4:30 AM.
The Aircoach Dublin Airport stop is located just outside the Arrivals Halls at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. At Terminal 1, turn left immediately as you exit the terminal building. At Terminal 2, please continue along the same level following the signs for buses and coaches, cross the footbridge, and then exit down the escalator on the left hand side. You can buy a ticket directly from a company representative at the airport arrivals stop at Dublin airport, or online in advance.

O'Callaghan Hotel Reservations: Reservations should be made directly with the Hotel's Reservations Department by one of the methods listed below. If you prefer to use fax or email, please use the ACCOMMODATION FORM and return it directly to the hotel. All guest rooms must be guaranteed by one nights prepayment at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.
You must refer to the group name "AAAI" or the corresponding reservation code as noted above under each hotel name.
Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.
CANCELLATION: To avoid cancellation penalties, cancellations must be received 72 hours (local time) prior to arrival. Credit card imprints will be required upon check-in for payment of all charges. Please contact the hotel directly for further cancellation or early departure fee policies.
Radisson Blu Reservations: Reservations should be made directly with the Hotel's Reservations Department by fax or email. Please use the ACCOMMODATION FORM and return it directly to the hotel. All guest rooms must be guaranteed by one nights prepayment at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.

There is not a cut-off date for conference rate reservations, however, we advise that you book as early as possible to reserve your room. Once the block is full, reservation requests will be accepted based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.
CANCELLATION: To avoid cancellation penalties, cancellations must be received within 72 hours or more in advance of the arrival date. A full refund will be issued for bookings cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If the Accommodation Office does not receive 72 hours notice or if the delegate no-shows, they retain the first night's accommodation charge. The hotels are located in the city centre of Dublin, only a 10-15 minute walk from the ICWSM-12 conference site at Trinity College (see map below).
